1.Re-order in future
- Free mold when re-order within 3 years, except for special cases we told you.
2.Change after order placed
- when change before production, OK
- when change during or after production, extra cost will be afforded by yourself if there is.
3.Wrong product
- Our fault, we re-make for you for free or provide discount, even refund if you request.
- Your fault, you will afford the extra cost if you want to re-make.
- Both fault, afford the re-make cost together, or we provide you a some discount because of our part fault.
4.Broken or lost when shipping
- Please take photos and tell the express for the complain, then send pictures to us, we’ll help you to claim for compensation from express, and then, re-make for you or send you compensation.
5.Tax
- Sellers afford the tax exporting from China, and buyers afford the importing tax of their own country, according to international practice.
